How we’re different
The Inner Compass Collective is a group practice of exceptional licensed clinicians who dedicate themselves to providing top-quality, evidence-based mental health care. We only hire stellar professionals who have committed to years of rigorous education and advanced training. Whether you are struggling with ADHD, trauma, mood problems, anxiety, substance abuse, or other challenges, we’re here for you. We even work with couples and families. But that’s not all.

All your appointments will take place in our soothing office environment with fully private rooms, complimentary tea and water, and individualized care.
Our physical offices are conveniently located in Columbia and Westminster, Maryland. Can’t make it into either office? No worries—we’ve got you covered with teletherapy.

We participate with all major forms of health insurance, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna/Evernorth, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, and Medicaid. We may also able to work with you if we are out-of-network with your particular insurance plan—ask us how.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept insurance for marriage/couples therapy at this time. The rate for this service is $200.00 per 60-minute session. You may be able to be reimbursed for a portion of this amount if your insurance plan carries an out-of-network benefit. Please contact us to learn more.
