  • The Inner Compass Collective is immediately seeking LCSW or LPC clinicians who specialize in working with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and/or Autism. Candidates must be fully licensed—or eligible for licensure—in Texas. We primarily operate via telehealth and welcome applications from licensed clinicians anywhere in the United States. We plan to expand our in-person services as demand grows.

    Position Highlights:

    • 1099 contractor role with flexible scheduling (minimum of 5 sessions/week or 20 sessions/month).

    • Complete Autonomy: You have total control over your client caseload and schedule and you decide how much or little you'd like to work.

    • Guaranteed Payment twice per month for completed billable hours, regardless of insurance delays.

    • Competitive Reimbursement Splits: We pay you 60% of the final session fee (including no shows), with room for even more growth based one special skills and/or training.*

    • Comprehensive Support: Billing, EHR, credentialing, and essential subscriptions are provided by Inner Compass, with full administrative support available based on your needs.

    • Clinical Supervision provided for clinicians with graduate-level licenses.

    • Generous Productivity Incentives** plus free quarterly personal financial planning.

    • Training and/or Licensing Fee Reimbursement** up to $1,000.00 per year.

    • In-house Client Referrals. Referrals are frequently available and are matched to the appropriate clinician based on client need.

    • Financial Incentives for writing and research.

    Position Requirements:

    • Licensed or willingness to attain licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or equivalent in Texas.

    • A demonstrated desire to self-improve clinical skills and efficacy.

    • Must complete a criminal background check.

    • At least one certification in ADHD and/or Autism treatment (ADHD-PT, ADHD-CCSP, CAS, etc.) is highly preferred.

    * Example salary: You complete 25 sessions per week at an average of $100 per session and take 4 weeks off per year. Your gross annual salary would be $78,000 (25 sessions x $100/session x 48 weeks x 60% = $78,000). Increase to 30 sessions per week, and you'll gross $150,000 (30 sessions x $100/session x 48 weeks x 65% + $6000 productivity bonus = $149,500).

  • The Inner Compass Collective is immediately seeking LCADC, LGADC, LCSW-C or LCPC clinicians who specialize in working with Substance Use Disorders. For LCSW-C or LCPC applicants, CCDC, CAC-AD, or equivalent independent SUD certification is required.

    This is a 1099 contractor position with the following structure and supports:

    • Compensation: 65% reimbursement rate for independently licensed clinicians (e.g., if insurance reimburses $100, the clinician receives $65). Additional percentage points may be considered based on special skills, experience, and/or training.

    • Administrative Support: ICC provides office space (Maryland only) and EHR access, billing/claims submission and appeals, prior authorizations, and optional client scheduling.

    • Incentives: Additional production incentives based on billable hours.

    • Marketing: Dedicated budget to help build and sustain your caseload.

    • Guaranteed Payment: Clinicians are paid for all billable hours worked and completed, regardless of when insurance reimbursement is received.

    • Insurance: ICC is in-network with major insurers; this position requires the same.

    • Locations: Current in-person offices are in Columbia, Westminster, and Towson, MD. Telehealth platform is also provided by ICC.

    At The Inner Compass Collective, we serve a large ADHD and Autistic client population and are committed to providing high-quality, affirming care. Experience with neurodivergent populations is highly desired, but not required for this position.
